DHK's Terms & Conditions

DHK (dhk.onl) is a licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between DHK and its users. These Terms apply to all DHK services, websites, mobile apps, and any related platforms.

By registering on DHK or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using DHK.

These terms were written in Bangla for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

Age Restriction

To open an account and place bets on DHK, you must be at least 18 years DHK may request a government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) for age verification at any time. Failure to verify your age will result in account termination.

One Person, One Account

Only one account Not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate and genuine. Accounts registered with incorrect or false information may be suspended at any time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to DHK Support immediately. DHK will not be held responsible for third-party activity if you have shared your login credentials yourself.

Make sure you understand these rules before betting on DHK. Under DHK's Terms & Conditions, once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Limits

Each match or event has a minimum and maximum bet limit, which may vary depending on the event type and market. In live betting, odds shift quickly, so bets will be settled at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.

Match Cancellation & Postponement

If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, DHK reserves the right to refund the stake or void the bet. In such cases, DHK's decision is final.

Odds Changes

DHK reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not be altered. If a technical error occurs in the determination of odds, DHK reserves the right to void or amend the bet.

DHK supports payments through popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.
• DHK reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• In compliance with anti-money laundering laws, DHK monitors all high-value transactions.

DHK regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific conditions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The general conditions are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete a specified wagering requirement (typically 5–15x the bonus amount).
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses apply only to specific sports or games.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise specified.
• The following are strictly prohibited: Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account suspended.

DHK's Terms & Conditions strictly prohibit the following activities:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using inside information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting DHK staff.

DHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• Upon a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Self-initiated account closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, support@dhk.onlto email us. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed. Account closure will only be processed after all active bets have been settled.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, follow the process below in accordance with DHK's Terms & Conditions:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident.
• Step 2: The DHK support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Complex cases will be investigated by a specialist team and may take 5–7 business days.
• Step 4: The final decision will be communicated to users by DHK via email.

DHK accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from the user's own login credentials being compromised.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues.
• Financial losses from betting – betting is inherently a risk.

DHK reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For any significant changes, DHK will notify users via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any updates will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
